Harold Harper received his BS in Accounting from Indiana University in 1994 and his Juris Doctor from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1997.

He is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court as well as the United States District Courts, Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana, and is a sustaining member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.

He is Harper and Harper’s Managing Partner and, along with his father, Robert Harper, also a founding partner. His areas of practice include personal injury, including medical malpractice, and juvenile delinquency.

Mr Harper is General Counsel for the Porter County Council and Counsel for the Porter County Government Charitable Non-Profit Foundation.
